HSDS
Operating principle:
The wastes are loaded into the fully isolated processing chamber;
The chopping of wastes by grinding and rubbing with the high-speed rotating hammer inside the feed chamber (reduction in volume by 70%*)
In the course of processing the chopped bulk is heated up to 130° Ñ;
Evaporation and moisture withdrawal from the feed chamber (Reduction in weight by 30 %)
The steam pumped from the processing chamber is cooled, filtrated into the clean air and the processed bulk is automatically unloaded into a special closed bunker.
Efficiency: from 1000 till 3000 kilograms per hour of dry raw.
