Excrements Poultry-farms

A new method of processing of one of the most harmful to nature poultry farming waste - poultry manure with HSDS systems. This technology can solve two problems at a time: on the one hand, utilization of poultry manure and, on the other hand, a farm obtains the most valuable fertilizer GUANO and pure water.
Manure utilization is a serious problem around the world. Daily farm annually produces from 100 to 300 tons of manure which are overwhelmingly not utilized. It is impossible to use excrements as a fertilizer in their pure form. When scatted about fields nothing will grow for 7 years. That’s why there are lakes of excrements around poultry-farms which poison soil, water and air. But when manure is dried out (the method of how guano is generated) its properties surprisingly change. This substance is much more valuable than all chemical and basic organic fertilizer – cow manure: guano is much richer in microelements than cow manure and can feed plants up to 20 years, and not 2-3 years as chemical fertilizers do.
Initially guano is poultry and bat manure decomposed in dry and hot climate which lost majority of nitrogen. The basic sources are so-called birds markets, places of seabirds gathering. However, poultry farm manure drying couldn’t compete with such method so far: at high-temperature drying manure becomes full of carcinogens and such method requires high power inputs. The technology put in HSDS systems have solved the both problems. It is based on evaporation at temperature from 80 degrees.

Liquid manure by the level of chemical contamination of the environment is 10 times more dangerous than domestic waste. Liquid manure refers to the category of volatile organic contaminators and according to the World Health Organization is a transfer factor of over 100 types of various anti-animal and antipersonnel agents. Poultry manure refers to the 3d class of toxicity being a little behind military poison gases.

According to the data on experimental application of guano out of poultry manure, crop capacity growth:
- of grain crops is not less than 15 %;
- of feed crops is not less than 50%;
- of vegetables is not less than 20%;
- of potatoes is not less than 40 %;
- of fruit and berry crops is not less than 30%.
