In the result of animal manure or droppings processing according to the accelerated dehydration technology on HSDS systems (“HSDS Fertilizer”) we obtain the end product which constitutes a high-quality organic fertilizer – “HSDS Fertilizer”

Distinctive features from the traditional methods of processing:
- HSDS systems processing results in elimination and destruction of weed plants which are not digested by animals and can infest soil.
- Significant reduction of mass drying and dehydration terms.
- Elimination of pathogenic micro flora and agents of devastating diseases (brucellosis, tuberculosis, cholera, typhus, etc.), helminthes eggs.
- Odor-free in the course of the whole process.
- Useful elements preservation.
- Long storage term of over 3 years without properties changing.
- Increase of product’s density up to coefficient 0.6-0.8.

Upon fertilizer application the vegetation period reduces in 1.3 – 1.6 times and crop capacity increases by 30-50%. Application of “HSDS Fertilizer” under greenhouse conditions excludes necessity of steaming and soil replacing (soil remains “alive”) and products obtain exceptional taste and extrinsic properties. Moreover, “HSDS Fertilizer” is characterized by high-performance aftereffect on plants to be cultivated on the 2d and 3d year after soil has been fertilized. On the basis of “HSDS Fertilizer” one produces soil for industrial and domestic plant growing, growing of mushrooms, seedlings, flowers, bushes, for melioration, land arrangement and solution of ecological issues associated with land, including:
- restoration and creation of a high-efficiency vegetable layer on any surfaces, including desert and mountain and those with angle of slope up to 70°;
- ecological neutralization and cleaning of pollution focuses (including petrochemical) on surfaces, etc.

Obtained fertilizer: almost order-free brown dry powder. Products obtained on the basis of the accelerated dehydration technology on HSDS systems are environmentally safe and compatible with traditional agro-technologies. Such fertilizers and soils are admitted and recommended for application by regulation of the Moscow Government No.PP-514. Composition of active elements of obtained fertilizers conforms to the organic and mineral group of fertilizers. Chemical composition (in percent) of absolutely dry substance depending on raw materials of a fertilizer includes*: Nitrogen – 3.2...5.0; Potassium ― 2.1...2.5; Phosphorus ― 3.4...3.9; рН ― 6.4...7.6. “HSDS Fertilizer” contains all nutritious, medical and preventive and growth stimulating organic matters and microelements necessary for plants. Required nutritious substances can be easily taken by plants and concentration of antibiotics released by microorganisms reaches the level required for preventive treatment of plants’ diseases. “HSDS Fertilizer” improves acid-base balance and physical and mechanical (water, air, heat, etc.) properties of soil and demand in other (special) fertilizers is totally excluded or reduced in 3.0 – 3.5 times. Minimum doses of fertilizers are in 3-4 times lower in comparison to other organic fertilizers or compost. “HSDS Fertilizer” is characterized by excellent tolerability by plants and complete degradability in soil. Physical and mechanical parameters of “HSDS Fertilizer” enable to use it with application of commercial instruments of agricultural mechanization and with preservation of the traditional agro-technology.







“HSDS Fertilizer” shall be introduced* with seed (planting) material or in root area, for example:
- in grain form with planting material 80-100 g/sq.m.*;
- in composition of soil mixture - 1 kg per 10 kg of soil*;
- in the form of a water solution- 300 g per 10 liters of water*.
